We’ve been working with Simon and his team for all of our grease trap cleanings across our 10 cafe locations, and they’ve been fantastic. Simon always provides amazing customer service — super responsive, dependable, and easy to work with.

It’s rare to find a company that’s consistently reliable and takes care of things the right way every time. We really appreciate their professionalism and the peace of mind they give our property managers.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a backup line emergency and ECO Grease Pumping Services came through for us in a big way. From the moment we called, they responded immediately and were at our location right away.

Their team worked incredibly hard to clean out the line and didn’t cut any corners. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Situations like this can be stressful, but they handled everything quickly and got us back up and running without delay.

Highly recommend ECO Grease Pumping Services if you’re looking for a reliable, responsive, and hardworking team. Thank you again for the great service!

We inherited a greasetrap that hadn't been pumped in 3 years, and they handled it promptly and professionally. Can't say enough about the quality and support.
